KWR

20 x 30 Island

Objective

Recreate the booth design previously built for KWR at IWA Copenhagen 2022, adapting it to fit the Toronto venue’s space and specifications. The goal was to capture the same high-impact design and functional elements, with added flexibility through rental and custom elements to meet specific local requirements, while keeping in mind budget constraints and logistics for the Toronto event.

Solution

Instead of shipping the existing booth from Copenhagen to Toronto, Stevens successfully replicated the design in the Netherlands and enhanced it with strategic custom and rental components. We maintained the core design elements that were key to KWR’s brand identity while adapting it to suit the Toronto show’s unique space and audience.

Custom features, such as branded visuals, interactive screens, custom cabinets, a coffee bar, and a sound system, were incorporated to create an inviting and dynamic environment for the booth’s visitors. A gaming area and plant section were also included, adding an engaging and visually appealing touch to the design. The booth's extrusions were wrapped to achieve a wood look, complementing the overall aesthetic. Dedicated presentation areas and enquiry counters with touch screens enhanced interactivity. The project resulted in a visually stunning and highly functional exhibit that exceeded expectations, all while staying within budget and meeting the tight deadlines for the IWA Toronto 2024 exhibition. The booth’s success was evident in the positive feedback from both the client and attendees.
